We can undertake the replacement or repair of your flat roof using a number of solutions including asphalt coating, EPDM rubber roofing and the more traditional felt flat roofing.

Flat roofs especially asphalt coated roofs are prone to leaking mainly due to poor maintenance, age and exposure over time to general weather conditions. If gone unnoticed, water can penetrate and soak the decking and any insulation and woodwork beneath it leading to expensive damage from the rot which often develops. There are also health risks due to damp.
